Hello everyone, I am looking for the best possible approach to get realtime notification about queue info when a call enters into it , without subscribing to all the queues.
Based on the developer docs i see that we will have to subscribe to all the queues and than we can receive event through websocket.
Is there any other simple approach to know which queue the call entered before agent receives it ? , as i have many queues subscribing to all seems bit overkill
