Does anyone have experience, regarding the Genesys Cloud widget on salesforce , so now the view in salesforce button can only be clicked if the interaction has successfully connected.
This is for manual outbound call, when an agent makes an outgoing call the button view in salesforce , only can be clicked if the interaction has successfully connected, for interaction not connected the button will disable to click , while the customer requires making tickets for all interactions that occur, whether successful connected or not connected interaction
