    Is Genesys Cloud Static WebRTC TURN a charged service or is it free?

    If it is free, how do I get it activated so I can turn it on?

    If it is not free, what is the cost and how do I buy it and get it activated so I can use it?

    I am sure we used to have it and then it disappeared and I cant get it back.

    Hello Bruce,

    You can enable the Static WebRTC TURN feature by adding a product from the AppFoundry to the org. While the feature is free, I believe it does require a subscription amendment. For that, you might need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager for additional help.
