    I would like to know if Genesys Cloud Universal Messaging has a trial version available. Or must you purchase it for use only?

    You can install that at no costs.  Just enable it and use it.  Now, if you only have GC1 licenses, and use that functionality, agents with permissions will consume the +Digital license.  If you are GC2 or GC3, there would be no extra costs.  Once you add the Messaging, you will see the messaging configuration and deployment options in Admin.

    Since I noticed that in App Foundry, it shows the price for installing Genesys Cloud Universal Messaging,

    I'm not sure if, in case my organization's license is already GC3, it can be installed for free or not?

    Hi Nuttapong,

    The implementation fee for Universal Messaging is normally mandatory. You should take this up with your account manager for what options there are for a development implementation.
