I am not aware of any other issues, but you would be using Jabra and Edge at your own risk.

Hi @Samuel Jillard,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
While Microsoft Edge is based on the same Chromium engine as Google Chrome and supports Chrome extensions, Genesys does not officially certify Jabra headset compatibility in Edge! That said and as I mentioned, I can confirm that my Jabra headset is successfully detected and added in Microsoft Edge.
Additionally, On March 10, 2021, Genesys announced full support for Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based):

Besides, the only voice quality issue I've been able to find related to Microsoft Edge was raised in the Genesys Cloud Community Forum, and it dates to 2023:
I could be wrong but based on my understanding and from a technical standpoint, any issues are more likely related to the use of Jabra headsets in Microsoft Edge rather than with Genesys Cloud itself.
Thanks.

Hi Arash,
As you noted in the link, "Genesys Cloud does not support Jabra headsets in other browsers." So I would say its not a supported setup, but I will let others comment on their experiences using Jabra headsets and Edge

Hi Team,
According to Genesys official documentation:
"Genesys Cloud supports Jabra headsets. You can use Jabra headsets in the Genesys Cloud desktop app, embedded clients, or when you run Genesys Cloud from the Chrome web browser. Genesys Cloud does not support Jabra headsets in other browsers."
Microsoft Edge is built on the same Chromium open-source project as Google Chrome. We can also install all Google Chrome extensions on Microsoft Edge.
I can confirm that my Microsoft Edge browser successfully detects and adds my Jabra headset. Given the compatibility of Genesys Cloud and Jabra headsets with the Microsoft Edge browser, and considering that Microsoft Edge is our standard browser, and we tend to use the Genesys Cloud web application rather than the desktop client, I would like to check:
Can anyone from the Genesys team or the community confirm whether using Jabra headsets with Microsoft Edge is considered a valid and supported setup?
Thanks.
