  • 1.  Genesys goes Offline

    User use Genesys on IE browser and his work demands to use other browsers(Mozilla) for monitoring purposes so after he login to Genesys when start his shift, he minimize the IE browser and mostly work on Mozilla and Google Chrome browsers. Once he  minimize the IE browser Genesys will show him online for may be 30 to 40 minutes and then automatically it goes Offline and stop tracking my working hours. 

     From my understanding, Genesys goes offline after I move to a different browser could be due to session getting timed out, So I would like to know if there is an alternative to this where I keep Genesys running in the background without it going into offline mode and stop tracking his working hours.

    Hello amit,

    your using Internet explorer? why not use google chrome or edge browser instead? then disable your browser sleep mode

    Hello Amit, 

    To speak more to Ernest response, IE is no longer supported and has been depreciated from use. I echo using a different browser with sleep mode disabled.
