I'm trying to use the Genesys Bot Connector with Microsoft PVA. I made a very simple test flow with only one intent. PVA is returning botState=Failed and the message from Genesys never reaches the PVA bot, therefore there are no intents identified and it fails.
Here is the blueprint I followed: https://developer.genesys.cloud/blueprints/bot-connector-for-ms-power-virtual-agent/
I opened a ticket with Genesys in November, they said from their end everything is working. I opened a ticket with Amazon, they said Lambda isn't firing, we fixed the config, Lambda fires now, but the bot is still failing. Genesys now says the issue is on Microsoft's side. I reached out to Microsoft who essentially told me because it's a third party integration, there is nothing they can do to troubleshoot.
I can see others have had a similar issue with this, and our consultants were able to reproduce the same problem in their environment. Genesys told me lots of people have it working, but refused when I asked if they could compare my config to a working one to see what's different.
Here's my flow in Architect (note: the tech from Genesys told me it should work with no slots):
If anyone can see something glaring that I've missed, or has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
