We are running a saleforce omni / Genesys integration package:
Core Versions: 2.8
Add-Ons: 1.30
WEM: 1.2
The October 7 package 1.13 and 1.1 says that we should be able to see stats in the Genesys CX Utility. Since we do not have Administration control on the Salesforce side, I would like to confirm if this is already available as per revision details.
The reason why I am asking is the client needs salesforce to import call, agent information, such as call ID, ACW, etc.. into salesforce. Is there a reference document revision that provides available data between the two integrated systems?
Your input is truly appreciated since not having access to the Salesforce side makes it a bit hard on what can be done out of the can.
