    Hi Folks, our salesforce currently wants to use SDK to create voice transcripts.

    but I have a problem below:

    Variable does not exist: purecloud.SDK.Call

    our Genesys version is 4.2

    can anyone help me to solve this? Thanks

    ok I solved the problem by my self with upgrade the version. now our version is 4.18 but we have another problem is:

    Type is not visible: purecloud.Call.Util

    can anyone help me now?
