We have been facing issue in Genesys script which is not populating any customer data if we are creating a callback using the API(/api/v2/conversations/callbacks). We have been passing the script id while creating the callback request, and the script is getting invoked as well when we are getting the callbacks, but with the Headers only, it's not populating any values which we have been trying to pass using "Set pop up" function.
However if we are creating the callback request using inbuilt "Create Callback" function and passing the script values in it by selecting which script to use, it is working perfectly fine.
Note: In both the cases we have been using the same flow variables.
