    In Twilio we have the capability to place an inbound call and carry out the conversation flow on the server-side only using Twilio's inbuild function (Twilio Gather and Respond).

    Do we have any similar functionality in Genesys. If Yes how can we proceed further?

    That link is for Genesys MultiCloud CX not Genesys Cloud CX. They are different products.
