Going through the
documentation trying to build the Invite Survey flow, it mentions obtaining the customer's email to send the survey. It seems that if we don't have the customer's contact information, that would limit us from sending the survey. Do I understand it correctly?
With webchat, we trigger the survey at the end of the chat using a web event, regardless of if we have the customer's contact info. The survey is populated in a pop up on the page when the chat is disconnected. Is that something we can replicate with the Genesys survey?
Is there a way to present the survey from the web messenger widget that customers use to chat with us?
