Hi all, couldn't find this topic anywhere.
Running the Agent Performance Workspace for a 12 month period on a specific queue. For some agents, at the holistic high level it shows all the data for the 12 months, but when I click on some agents, the month by month breakdown does not contain the data. You can see in the summary in the yellow rectangle, there should be calls. Drilling down on each month shows these missing calls to be in July, however the monthly view does not reflect this. Any thoughts?
