    Hi all, couldn't find this topic anywhere. 

    Running the Agent Performance Workspace for a 12 month period on a specific queue. For some agents, at the holistic high level it shows all the data for the 12 months, but when I click on some agents, the month by month breakdown does not contain the data. You can see in the summary in the yellow rectangle, there should be calls. Drilling down on each month shows these missing calls to be in July, however the monthly view does not reflect this. Any thoughts?

    I just tried on 3 different systems in 2 different regions and could not replicate this. I tried all kinds of ways.  I would create a ticket and let Genesys/Partner look at it.  Could be some issue with the data lake.  Have you tried through the Analytics API for the same period?  That would pull from a different data lake than the Performance View.

    Thanks Robert. I raised a ticket via our Vendor. Our Vendor experienced the same issue when replicating and advised he checked the APIs but couldn't see what it was calling.
