Hi, everyone!  Has anyone set up the Genesys WEM/ HRIS time off balance integration with UKG (I believe that is KRONOS new name)?  If so, how did you do it and how difficult was it?  Who did what (Genesys contact?  UKG Contact?  Your inhouse people?)

@Tracy Vickers - We are also interested in this answer. We met with our Kronos admins and they informed us the version of Kronos Workforce Central we're on does not have REST API capabilities. Later next year we'll begin moving to UKG Dimensions, which does have REST API capabilities. In the meantime, we are curious what others have done to at least get [as close to] real-time PTO balance info as reasonably possible automatically imported from Kronos WFC into Genesys WFM.

Did you ever find out about Genesys Cloud integration to UKG. I have a customer asking.
