Hi , How can i get, for a specific interaction , the time in wich it was received with a specific time zone using an API ( not UTC ) ? Is there a specific API or method in Genesys to retrive this type of information ? Thanks

Times are returned in UTC, you're expected to convert it from there to any other timezone you need using whatever scripting language you used to pull it in the first place.
