Dears,
currently we are investigating about the peak values of inbound and outbound call on our edges to see if we need to provision more.
Currently , in the UI you can see the direct values of the Inbound/Outbound on the edges but you can not see the historic nor the peaks value for the last days.
Did I miss something? Is there a way to do it via API?

GET /api/v2/telephony/providers/edges/trunks/{trunkId}/metrics provides real time trunk metrics. I don't believe historical information is available. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
