Has anyone else noticed intermittent issues when calling the EWT api? the last few days I've noticed I'm getting a response back stating estimated wait is 0 even when there are several calls waiting. Example:
'{"intent":{"0":"CALL"},"formula":{"0":"BEST"},"estimatedWaitTimeSeconds":{"0":0}}'
It seems to be intermittent as I'll trying again and something will populate.
using this GET:
/api/v2/routing/queues/{queueId}/mediatypes/{mediaType}/estimatedwaittime
