Hello there, we have a customer's requirement to list all on-line concurrent users connected, not necessarily users ON_QUEUE. For example supervisors and administrators are not assigned to a Queue but will be connected.

Customers can use the User Status Aggregate query to get a high-level summary of users' PureCloud presence in a given time range.

Thanks Becky. Last but not least.
What is the best way to gather all user Id's from an Org? That would be the first step before using the User Status Aggregate query.

Hi Mario,
You can call the Users API to fetch all users for your Org.
