I apologize for not understanding the issue properly. I dont think there is a report in the UI that will show what you are looking for. I found this idea in our ideas portal. Its under a will not implement so its not being currently worked on. But the response to this says you need to use the async Audit Events API to search for recordings delete audits events, with Service = quality, EntityType=Recording, Action=Delete.

Hello Shenbagamoorthy,
To get reports of interactions where recordings are not saved or deleted due to your policy settings, you have a couple of options.
The first being Analytics reports, use the "Conversation Detail" view in Analytics and add filers for "Recording Status", "Work Team", and the date range.
The second option, would be the API method. You can use the Genesys Cloud analytics API to pull query for conversations and filter by recording status and your specific work team.

Hope All are Doing Good. I have trunk that used for multiple division multiple business. Recording default enabled in the trunk level but some business should be avoid save the recording need to delete it for some security reason. So I have created Work Team, in that team added all the no recording division users, and create the policy for no recording in that added that work team. For now I saw interaction details showing recording is Yes. I need to get the report of conversation not saved and deleted. Please assist me, How to get the not saved and deleted interaction details as a report?
