Hi
We are trying to achieve the following used case :
A pre-call rule is required to check the amount of attempts the number has been dialed and if that number is 3 or greater it needs to switch to preview.
We have build lambda function to cater for this but the issue is that customer is populating 3 numbers per lead : work, mobile and home , this is resulting that I need to create 3 separate rules , Purecloud has a limitation that you cant add more than 2 rules with Data actions per campaign.
Does any one have any ideas on how to get around this
