    That's really funny! Last Halloween I started watching the Friday the 13th movies for the first time. One of my friends sold me on the idea that they are a fun bad time. I still have three to go, I can confirm that they are...not great, but there has been plenty of laughter along the way.

    I put off watching "The Pianist" for years because I was upset Brody got the Oscar of Daniel Day Lewis, but I finally saw it and what a towering performance and beautiful movie. I just saw Conan for the first time in theaters last year. That movie is a trip.

    Now...why didn't I remember Gladiator when I was submitting my list??? I shed a tear at the end of that film...and yes! I used to have a cassette of that Crow soundtrack and always works like a time machine when I put it on. Brings back so many great memories of good times & good friends.

    @Emily Kammerer I have not thought about Joe's apartment in years! But I loved that movie. Hey, Hamilton is on Disney+! Definitely counts. I just watched "Wayne's World" all the way through for the first time a few weeks ago, happy to report that movie is cellar aged. So fun to watch. 

    @Misty Mitchell-Arizpe you brought the hits. Moonrise Kingdom is one of my favorite movies. Now I'm wondering if I should make room for it on my list. Oh wait...so is Gangs of New York...and American Psycho...and Gladiator...and...well...who doesn't enjoy the guilty pleasure of unwinding with John Wick! Does this mean I need to redo my list. :- |

    I had the opportunity to see Rashomon in theaters and LOOOOVED IT. I'd love to see "The Professional" in theaters, sometime. Someone borrowed/stole my copy of Amarcord and I'm still upset about it.
