  • 1.  Getting error when call between agents

    After configuring the phone trunk in the Genesys BYOC cloud environment,  getting this error when making a call from one agent to another agent
    "station identified by the name to be contacted does not have a registered contact address to be reached at." Any advice

    Typically, you don't need to set up station trunks in Genesys Cloud.  All you do is set up a phone (hard or soft) under Phone Management and point to a site.  The site should have default station trunks already set up on TLS.  Are these non-managed phones?

    Dumb question, but does the called agent have a phone selected? If not, GC won't know where to send the call....
