    Hello All,

    I am searching for a way to display Information from an external customer into an agent script. 

    I am trying to extract the date of the last interaction from a specific customer (assuming he already has a profile as external contact within genesys cloud) and display the last contact date in the agent script. 

    What I dont want is to use a third party tool or function (e.g. aws lambda and writing the data in an external system).

    Does someone has experience with it and could help me out there?

    From an API perspective, to get that data you need to call an analytics API and provide external contact as a filter. You may be able to accomplish this via data actions that are available within scripts. We do not currently store last contacted date outside of our analytics.
