    Howdy,

    I am trying to start working with Embeddable Framework from Genesys.

    At first, I have gone through GitHub - MyPureCloud/purecloud-embeddable-framework-example: This project contains example code that demonstrates how to use PureCloud Embeddable Framework.

    The Scenario is:

    1. During IVR session, Genesys will have our response with an "authen_token" and it will be saved as a variable for that interaction
    2. When a call is transfer to agent, I am assuming that this variable will be transfer to embeddable framework.

    So my question is where to acquire this "authen_token" variables on embeddable framework.
