    Has anyone experienced chat requests being initiated from a user even though the user says they never opened the chat window?

    Not something I have seen before, maybe you can give a bit more information on the scenario and we can see if we can help, or possibly even open a case with Genesys Product Support to investigate further.

    Can you give a little more detail? Are these chats Messaging sessions originating from an internal web page? Some other interface?
