Hi,
We have developed a process to extract all Email/Chat conversations using the PureCloud APIs (Analytics, Conversations, Recording, OAuth etc.,). An automated process will extract these conversations everyday for the previous day. We are planning to schedule these jobs at around 1 AM EST. Is there a scheduled maintenance activity on the servers or is there not-a-right-time to schedule these jobs?

PureCloud has 24/7/365 availability, with the exception of unplanned outages. You may use the API at any time you wish. API rate limits are in place to prevent your app from being abusive.
