    Hi,
    Is there a way to send an automatic goodbye message when closing the conversation?
    Our use case would be that the agents did not have to select any message manually, but when clicking disconnect (end_message button), a predefined text would be automatically sent to the client before disconnecting the interaction.

    Hi! We have an Idea that aligns with that use-case: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-1027
    The Idea is that we can have a more programmable post-interaction behavior by triggering ad-hoc flow execution (imagine to offer an in-app survey in addition to goodbye message)

    Just what I was looking for!, but I guess we still have to wait a while for it because it's under community review.
    From your point of view, how much do you estimate, that this functionality would be available (beta)?

    Hi Gerardo - the Idea I posted earlier is still in Community Review status, so we haven't started any formal assessment around feasibility and timelines.
