    Hello TEAM ,

    Getting below error, while doing integration in the pure cloud for Google BOT for Free Version.

    tried integrate with 

    google dialogflow and google dialogflow CX but getting same below error.

    Most likely your IAM settings and roles in Google.  Be sure to step through the integration guide step-by-step, don't skip any:  Configure and activate the Google Cloud Dialogflow CX integration in Genesys Cloud - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    I am still getting same error. i have give some roles to the service account which was mentioned in your attachment. but still I am getting same error in the cloud.
