Hi All, hope everyone is doing well..
I am after some help if possible..
Since Google Chrome has been updated we've been having ongoing issues with our integrations in Genesys Cloud. We Jira as our ITSM tool, which we had to change the code to allow same-origin, this now works, however we also use Microsoft ADFS Single Sign-on to log into Jira first, and it seems the IFrame in Cloud doesn't recognize the login.
When I try to access the SSO site in Genesys Cloud, It says "you are not signed in" and when accessing Jira I get an Error (see below) however these work fine outside of Genesys Cloud:
We're using Chrome v86.0.4240.75 and v85.0.4183.121 - both have the same issue. All of the Service Desk techs are experiencing the same issue as well.
Any help would be appreciated as I am going slightly crazy trying to fix it!
