    Will Genesys be adding the Google Enhanced TTS Journey voices to the offering?  The current voices are pretty good, but it's a tough market to please.

    Genesys Enhanced TTS has Microsoft Neural and Google Wavenet voices.  If you use Google TTS as an integration and pay for them through Google along with BYOT charges, you should be able to access them.
