You will want to use divisions for this. I know there was a "non feature" (aka bug) where the Activity Detail was not respecting division awareness. I believe that was fixed and released, but you will need to test that. Otherwise, Divisions works well for the BPO to only allow them access to their own agents and queues.

Hello- trying to work through the Group privacy setting by making it available to Members only. I've got Members assigned to their own groups and have made the switch to Members only, but to no avail as both the BPO's are visible to each other in both the queue activity view and performance. Is the issue in the roles assigned to each group as they are shared roles? Thank you
