    Dear Community,

    Looking for some guidelines on customizing some behavior on the email interactions when they landed in the queue or are manually transferred by an agent to another agent.

    Any ideas what are the customization points I can use? I have been searching for a couple of days but with no luck.

    Any input would be much appreciated
