@Tim Seneca As Jason says, you cannot have one user log into both phones at the same time.
About all I can think of (once the feature comes available) would be to
- Create a Group with the DID assigned and configured for Group Ring
- Add the User to the Group
- Configure the hard phone as a Standalone Phone and add it to the Group (feature coming probably in the next few weeks)
That way the call would ring both the User and the hard phone simultaneously if the user is logged in.
Drawbacks:
- voicemail goes to the group not the user
- No user status associated with the number
- Probably other things I'm not thinking of

Hey Tim,
I think the quick answer is that, yes it is technically possible to have a phone call ring on a separate hard phone and WebRTC phone, using something like group ring. However if you're looking to have a phone call ring an agent's soft phone, desk phone, and/or mobile device all at the same time, I don't believe that is supported because it would involve multiple logins.

Subject: HARD Phone & WEBRTC
Good day All,
Is there a way to have a line ring on both a Hard phone & WEBRTC? I'm trying to test that out for management and so far run into that it's one or the other. I tried assigning a DID to both Hard Phone & WEBRTC, but i just get a duplicate message on the WEBRTC side.
Is this possible?
Thank you,
-Tim
