    What the minimum desktop hardware requirements (Processor, RAM, etc.) for PureCloud on agents workstations?

    Hi Danna,

     

    I asked around a bit and we do not have any hardware requirements other than what is listed in the PureCloud requirements article.

    As far as an intelligent suggestion for a reasonable baseline, I was told that we could probably base them on the minimum requirement for the browsers that we support. For example, if the computer can handle Chrome to Google's specifications, they should be fine.

    Hi Danna,

     

    We have a range of computers and the oldest one we have has following specifications when it comes to voice. We are not using chat, email or video and therefore we don´t know if these channels needs more power: 

     

    Intel Celeron 2.4 GHz

    4GB RAM

    Intel HD Graphics

     

    But I would recommend that you have 8GB RAM. If you have any performance issues I would also recommend you to test the new desktop app.

    Thank you, Tobias. The same requirements apply to all channels. You should be able to use any PureCloud feature if those requirements are met.
