@George Ganahl If you don't mind me asking, what was 'Interactive Intelligence'? Was that an old product name?

Yes. It was the company that originally created what's recently been known as Genesys PureConnect. I started with them in March, 1999, and for about 10 years I was the admin for their Community (amongst many other things). It was all-volunteer back then, and not anywhere as slick as it is now :-)

@George Ganahl If you don't mind me asking, what was 'Interactive Intelligence'? Was that an old product name?

@George Ganahl It's impressive how much time you've spent fostering the community that this has evolved into. No wonder you're a Community Rockstar.

It has been interesting seeing how many people are engaged with the community. Even on LinkedIn where I've been creating a (very humble) following, people are obviously engaged and wanting to find out more about solutions for Genesys. it's obviously a very active ecosystem.

I didn't realise PureConnect was originally created by another company.

Unfortunately, I won't be at Xperience this year. I would have loved to have met you too. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to come, but my brother very inconveniently booked his wedding for the same date 😃
