I have few questions that I am hoping to find answers to in here:
- why I am unable to change the "select language" while creating a new assistant (Contact center -> Assistants -> new assistant)?
- After creating an assistant and assigning a queue I am unable to change the "Enabled Channels" it is set by default to messaging?
When searching in the resource center I landing on the bellow article mentionning that we can use Agent assist with email media:
