Hi, is there any way to hide out the quotes in the status "On Queue" permanently. So the does not show up if somebody changes the status to "On Queue".

In order to help you can you provide additional detail about your situation? Are you talking about people making administrative changes to the status name, or people changing their status to "On Queue". Where are you seeing the status with quotes that is causing you trouble?

Hey Jason,
I am talking about people changing their status to "On Queue". When they do this, the interations panel opens. At this panel, some quotes of famous people are shown(of Walt Disney, Henry Ford,...). My question is, if it is possible to hide this quotes permanent, also when you are at the interaction panel.

There is a small [hide] link at the bottom of that screen that will hide the inspirational messages, at least for that log in.
