Good Day ,
please i need your support to hide web messaging until trigger happened
i did it through Messenger Configuration (Set your Launcher Button Visibility) and select the below option Hide until triggered by business logic.
Also i created action Map and segment to specify the trigger but not working
Anyone can help me with example ?

You can use the "Hide until triggered by business logic" function mentioned in step 5a here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-messenger/, combined with the messenger SDK command open: https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messengersdk/SDKCommandsEvents/messengerPlugin#messenger-open

@khaled238 you should ensure that a conversation has not started yet, otherwise the proactive offer from action map will fail. For testing, I'd recommend to clear your browser's local storage and then simulate the trigger scenario.
