Hi Team Need to know how to extract the historical data(last 2 years data) for conversation( https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query). What is the time interval to extract the data.

For large volumes of data, and data older than a certain threshold, you have to use the Jobs endpoint, not the Query endpoint.
