  • 1.  Historical adherence output changes

    Hi All.  Although not a 'report' in the traditional 'Workspace' sense this refers to the 'Historical adherence' module and recent changes there...

    We do a daily export of the 'Historical adherence' report for each of our MUs but as of today this has changed (presumably with the rollout of the release for week commencing 05.05.25). Not only does the column order and selection change but the export now uses the hh:mm:ss format (6h 15m 06s) rather than just minutes. The percentage field has also changed format. This is completely unexpected and inconvenient as we now have to change the format of the report for each MU and then re-format the report into minutes and the percentage into percent! Can this be changed by configuration or does Genesys have to revert this by way of a further release? This is affecting all users who do this regularly.  We have raised a ticket with our 3rd party support provider.

    Hi Andrew, I apologize for the inconvenience. We are in the process of fixing the unexpected format change and should have the fix deployed early next week.

    Hi Andrew,

    I just wanted to let you know that the fix was deployed out about 45 minutes ago. To see the fixes the application will need to be refreshed.

    Hi Drew, We were also reported of an issue with the Historical Adherence view that the selected columns on the page reset on ANY change in what you're viewing (eg change of date, change of team/BU). Is this being fixed as well?

    The column issue has also been addressed. The fix was deployed about 45 minutes ago. You will need to refresh the application to see the fix.
