Thank you for reporting the issues with querying historical adherence for a work team on the Historical Adherence view. We were able to reproduce the issue and rolled back a change that was released yesterday. Functionality should now be restored to the previous behavior.

Anyone else having issues today with Historical Adherence views, when filtering by workteams?
It just isn't doing the filter for us, so filtering by MU instead. Was working fine previously.
Only change in the release notes even remotely associated to work teams is: "Trigger alerts based on the number of agents currently in queue"
Edit: The same filters are working fine in Shrinkage, Performance views etc, Just historical Adherence where it is not for us. We are logging a case
