  • 1.  Historical data import statut still pending after 24h

    Hi everyone,
     
    I have correctly imported historical data into WFM. There are no errors. However, 24 hours later, the import status is still pending when it should be active. 
     
    Please, do you have any explanations about this?

    If it has not yet completed after 24h, then I would recommend opening a support ticket.

    Hello,

    Yes, a ticket has been opened to find out why. Otherwise the status of the historical data import has been activated after 72 hours.
