My customer is trying to import the last couple of years of historical data in WFM but the team is still a couple of weeks away to have the WFM training completed.
Is there any setback to have the historical data imported if the rest of WFM it's not configured with the necessary management units, business units and agent schedules?

edit: We have a Queue/sector that started working with Genesys Cloud 3 months ago, worked for 1 month, there was a technical issue and we had to return to the previous platform for 2 months, and now they are back.-
Can we import historical data for the period before the original launch, and historical data for the 2 months period?
