    Hi all.  As a system Master Admin, how do I delete documents (created by other users) from 'Documents?

    Documents View

    Check that you have this permission in your Admin role:

    That is the permission you need and then you need to use the API as the UI will not allow access to other shares.  
    Get all documents:   https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-contentmanagement-query

    Delete a document:  https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#delete-api-v2-contentmanagement-documents--documentId-
