How do I create a new role to allow a user to view Audits in Interaction Details only?

    Hi,
    I need to create a custom role for the user to only access interactions and then only the Audit Trail tab. Is this possible?

    • Audits > Interaction Details > View
    Please let me know if this is the correct thought process when creating a new role:

    I created a new role by adding different permissions on by one like Analytics, audits ect. but could figure out how to add Contact Center

    After several attemps, I just copied the default Supervisor role to get the entire list of options under Contact Center.

    Now I will need to remove most of the permissions and ideally to only show the 3 links to access Audit trail.

    Have you tried this one?  It should give just access to that tab

    Audits  Interaction Details  View View Interaction Details audit trail
