  • 1.  How do you handle name changes

    Looking to see how others are handling name changes.

    When someone changes their name we can change them easy enough in AD, and CRM however their name wont change in Interaction Administrator.

    Personal Info is fine but that wont change the account.

    Hi Phillip,

    There really is only 2 options i am aware of:

    1. Don't update the username in IA --> This is what we do as we have our users log in with Windows Authentication so the I3 Username doesn't come into play other than reporting.

    2. Create a new user with her new name --> then follow your normal user decom process on the old account.
