There are a few caveats to take into account to properly answer your question.
- Transcription and all other STA elements follow the interaction recording retention. If an archived interaction is restored, all STA elements (transcription, sentiment, etc) will be restored with it.
- There is a recording retrieval limitation of up to 5 years old in the GC UI. As long as an archived interaction is within this retrieval window, it can be restored.
- Screen recording archival is limited to one year. After that, screen recordings will be deleted.
