  • 1.  How to Add Agent Name to Queue Alerts

    I have this alert set up for the 'General Producer' queue and it's generic. How do you add the agent name to a queue alert? Seems it would be easy.

    Alert for Rule: 'Interaction over 30 Mins - General Producer' is in ALARM.
