When using the Embeddable Framework for "consult transfer," if the SV (transfer destination) fails to respond and times out, a voicemail announcement is played to the agent (transfer origin) 1 minute later. During the voicemail announcement, the agent (transfer origin) cannot cancel the transfer and is forced to disconnect the conversation with the end user. When the call is disconnected, the voicemail announcement is played to the end user.
