    Hi Guys,

    I need to initiate a call from internal org to Genesys Cloud using API Gateway (Azure DevOps).

    for the above reason my API team is asking me to create OPENAPI Specification 3.x compliant API Specs with Genesys as API Provider which they will run against swagger editor to ensure the YAML or open API format is readable.

    I need some assistance to figure out how to perform the above step.

    Would appreciate your help.

    Genesys Cloud only talks REST and JSON payloads.  While part of the OpenAPI spec, not every implementation of standards will follow all of the spec.  No, Genesys will not be able to read the YAML directly unless encapsulated in JSON or is presented as a download, but then GC does not do file manipulation well.  The Azure developer needs to provide you with a public REST endpoint and make sure the request and response are JSON.  What is it you are attempting?
